Mascarilla de aguacate - Avocado Mask

Hola chicas buenos días!!!
Hoy os traemos una recomendación casera muy útil y práctica:  Cómo poder hacernos una mascarilla de aguacate en casa. 
Este fruto tropical nos aportará beneficios tanto al pelo como a la piel.
El aguacate tiene muchos nutrientes y es rico en minerales, vitaminas de los grupos A, B, C, D y E y B6 y ácidos grasos insaturados.
Por todo ello, nos ayudará a hidratar el cabello y la piel.

Today, we want to share a very useful recipe to make an avocado mask. This tropical fruit give us benefits to our hair and skin.
Avocado has nutrients, minerals, vitamins ( A, B,C,D,E, B6) and unsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredientes: 
- Un aguacate.
- Una cucharada de aceite de oliva.

   Hay muchas variantes de este tipo de mascarilla, por ejemplo en vez de utilizar aceite,    
   podemos hacerla con yogourt, o con huevo.

Ingredients
- one avocado
- Olive oil (one spoon)
There are a lot of ways to make this mask, you can use yogourt or egg instead oil. 

Cómo se hace?
Solo tenéis que pelarlo y sacad la semilla  En un recipiente poner toda la pulpa, añadir el aceite de oliva y mezclar todo bien hasta conseguir una masa suave.
Aplicarlo por toda la cara y/o el cabello.
Dejar actuar unos 15 min.
Para un mejor resultado nos la deberíamos aplicar cada 15 días .

Si la aplicáis en el cabello , recordad que os la debéis poner desde la mitad hacia las  puntas, y si la aplicáis en la cara limpiarla y exfoliarla antes.

How to make it?
Firstable, you have to peel one avocado and take out the seed. In a bowl put the pulp, add the olive oil and mix well until a smooth dough.
Apply it all over your face and/or hair. Leave it for 15 minutes. 
For best results you should apply this mask  every 15 days. If you apply it on your hair, don`t forget that you must put from the middle to the ends.
And if you want to apply it on your face, wash and exfoliate it before to use this mask.

Exfoliante Corporal Swedish Spa de Oriflame - Body Scrub Swedish Spa of Oriflame

Podemos decir sin ninguna duda que éste es el mejor exfoliante que hemos probado con diferencia.
Es uno de los productos estrella de Oriflame.
We can say without any doubt that this is the best body scrub we have tried.
It's one of the most popular products of Oriflame.

Nos gusta el aroma que tiene y la textura es increíble, es un exfoliante de grano grueso que actúa a profundidad, elimina células muertas.
Tiene una fragancia relajante que te hace sentir verdaderamente como en un spa.
Es ideal para exfoliar toda la piel sin producir irritaciones, no es recomendable usarlo en el rostro.
Lo recomendable es utilizarlo antes de la ducha pero tener cuidado de no aplicarlo justo después de depilaros porque la piel estará mucho más sensible.
Esta hecho con  ingredientes naturales : Gránulos de Sal marina y cáscara de Almendra que suavizan y limpian la piel, Aceite de Jengibre que actúa como tonificante, Complejo Hydracare+, aceite de almendra dulce que actúa como suavizante y vitamina E protectora.
We like the fragance and the texture is amazing, it's a body scrub that works deeply and also removes dead cells.
It has a relaxing fragrance that you really feel like a spa. It is ideal to exfoliate the skin without causing any irritation, it is not recommended for use on the face.
It's advisable to use this body scrub before shower but be careful not to apply it right after shaving because the skin is much more sensitive.
It's made with natural ingredients: Granules of sea salt and almond shells to soften and cleanse the skin, Ginger Oil which acts as tonic, Hydracare+ Complex, Sweet almond oil that works as a softener and protective vitamin E.

Otro punto positivo es que después de utilizarlo deja la piel muy hidratada.
Another positive is that after using it leaves the skin hydrated.

Tiene un precio bastante accesible  pero viene en un envase muy pequeño(150 ml) que aunque cunde mucho, seria mejor si viniera en un formato mayor. 
Y otro pero que le pondríamos es que sólo se puede comprar por catálogo y no todo el mundo tiene cerca a una vendedora de Oriflame.

And another negative point is that only can be purchased by catalog and not everyone has an  Oriflame agent near.
